We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Storesperson to join a busy team at a cabinet manufacturer based in Antrim. This is a hands-on role involving the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while ensuring all warehouse operations are carried out efficiently and safely. The role involves regular lifting and moving of heavy items, so a good level of physical fitness is essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for checking incoming and outgoing deliveries, maintaining a clean and organised stores area, and supporting the wider team with general warehouse duties. Previous warehouse experience is preferred, and a forklift licence would be advantageous.
This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.71, weekly pay, and free on-site parking.
Key Responsibilities:- Dealing with incoming deliveries from suppliers, which includes checking goods received off against delivery notes, reporting any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintaining organised & tidy stores areas.
- Checking off outgoing deliveries to ensure entire orders leave at the same time.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as requested by GM that fall within the scope of the role.
- Comply with Company policy and procedure in wearing PPE and following required health and Safety protocols.
- Ability to lift heavy items
