First Choice are currently recruiting for an Administrative Officer to join the Complaints Department in Antrim. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a pay rate of £14.06 per hour. We can offer an immediate start for this role and it is expected to last around 3 months.

The successful candidate will support the effective handling and processing of complaints and enquiries in line with the Service User Feedback Policy and Procedure. Duties will include:

  • Processing complaints and enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records on the Datix database
  • Monitoring responses
  • Supporting complaint investigations

Applicants should have previous administrative experience, strong communication and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
