We are currently recruiting a Clerical Officer for an immediate start in the Radiology Department at Causeway Hospital. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with an attractive pay rate of £12.75 per hour. The position will run for at least three months, with the exciting possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming email and telephone enquiries
  • Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems and records
  • Providing general administrative support to the department

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C), including English and Maths
  • Previous administrative experience in an office environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
