First Choice are currently seeking 3 Administration support officers to work in the finance division of the Southern Trust, this role will be based at McAvoy House, Newry. These posts are required for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension. Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, and this will be paid at a rate of £12.75 per hour.

The main duties of this role will be:

  • Input, process, monitor and validate financial information ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide high quality administrative support to the finance team.
  • Ensure financial information is processed in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and assist with various reconciliations of control accounts.
  • Assist compliance with Public Sector Prompt Payment Policy.

What We Need From You:

  • 4 GCSEs grade A*-C including English and Maths
  • 1 year administrative or clerical experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
