We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a busy team based at the Braidvalley Hospital site in Ballymena. This part-time, temporary role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a professional healthcare environment, where you will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to individuals and teams, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Typing reports, letters, and forms from notes or digital dictation
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and emails professionally
  • Liaising with external agencies and responding to service-related queries
  • Maintaining and updating electronic systems and manual records
  • Compiling data and updating spreadsheets and databases
  • Ordering office supplies using the e-procurement system
Essential Criteria
  • Minimum of 4 GCSEs (A-C), including English and Mathematics
  • At least 3 months administrative experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
