An experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist is required to join our client's team at their manufacturing facility in Ballymena.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday.

Standard hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, with flexible working hours allowing employees to work between 7:00am and 6:00pm.

Rate of pay is £30K - £33K depending on experience.

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day financial operations of the business by processing approximately 2030 customer invoices each day, ensuring they are completed accurately and within required timescales.

The role will involve processing weekly and monthly payroll for over 150 employees, monitoring the accounts receivable ledger to ensure payments are received and correctly recorded, and following up with customers regarding outstanding balances while resolving any billing or payment discrepancies.

Daily activities also include reconciling customer accounts, preparing aging reports to support effective credit control, and maintaining accurate and organised records of invoices, receipts, and correspondence to ensure efficient financial administration and healthy cash flow.
