Pay Rate: £14 P/H

Night Shift Positions Available:

Sunday Night to Friday Morning – 2 Vacancies
Start Time 6:00pm-2:00am
Start Time 9:00pm-5:00am – 1 Vacancy

Temporary position for a minimum of 3 months with the opportunity to secure a permanent position based on performance and attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately weigh and prepare ingredients in line with recipes and production requirements.
Follow standard operating procedures, recipes, and bakery systems precisely.
Label, stage, and prepare ingredients for production teams.
Complete all weighing activities in the correct sequence to prevent errors and cross-contamination.
Record ingredient usage and batch information accurately.
Maintain full traceability through paperwork and system records.
Adhere to Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and allergen control procedures.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the weigh room.
Follow all Health and Safety guidelines.
