We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Office Administrator on behalf of a well-established private company based in Draperstown. This is an excellent permanent opportunity for a professional, organised and customer-focused individual looking to join a busy and supportive office environment.
The position offers working hours of Monday to Thursday, 9.00am - 5.30pm, and Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm. Hourly rate of £12.80 subject to experience. For the right candidate, there is also the option of a four-day working week.
Key Responsibilities:- Processing telephone calls and directing enquiries
- Record, analyse, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
- Maintain sub-contractor insurance database, requesting insurances and updating system, maintaining DVLNI vehicle tax requirements, Vehicle tax payments, MOT bookings etc.
- Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
- Attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
- Complete other work deemed important or allocated by the Office Manager within reason.
- GCSE/ equivalent in mathematics and English
- At least 1 years experience in office role
- Experience using various IT systems
- £12.80 Per Hour subject to experience
- Free parking
