An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Healthcare Team Leader to join the team at Trinity House Care Home, Garvagh, Coleraine, a well-established care home providing high-quality nursing and dementia care. This is a temporary ongoing position (minimum of 3 months) with a strong possibility of becoming permanent, offering competitive pay rates of £19.50 - £23.50 per hour, an immediate start, refresher medication training if required, and the opportunity to build a long-term career within a supportive and reputable care environment.

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the home, leading and supervising care staff, administering medications, maintaining accurate care records, and supporting the development and delivery of person-centred care plans. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered to residents while promoting a safe, positive, and professional environment.

Shift Patterns:

  • Night Shifts
  • 12.5 hours
  • Twilight Shifts 7:00pm to 10:00pm

  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Health & Social Care
  • Medication Trained
  • Previous experience working within a residential or nursing care setting
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
