Ward Clerk required to work in the Ulster Hospital, Dundonald. This role will start immediately and is based in the transition and discharge ward. Hours of work will be 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.
What The Job Entails:
- Interaction with patients and healthcare professionals
- General reception duties, handling incoming calls, mail and patient records
- Issuing transfer or discharge papers
- Arranging transport for discharges
- Handling confidential information
- Use of Trusts computerised systems
What We Need From You:
- 4 GCSE's at Grade C or above to include English (or equivalent)
- One year administrative experience
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office
- Willing to complete an Access NI police check
