First Choice Selection Services are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our Belfast Recruitment team. Working alongside our General Division Recruitment Team, duties will include:

  • Liaising with Temporary Workforce around Work Availability
  • Client Liaison on Recruitment requirements
  • Maintaining Computerised Client and Applicant Records
  • Preparing Staff Profiles
  • Updating Job Vacancies Trackers
  • Daily Marketing Emails and Activity Monitoring
  • Client Requirements
  • Assisting Consultants on daily Basis

Applicants will have had experience in a business to business environment, be customer orientated, and have strong admin skills. The ability to work to deadlines and attention to detail are essential.

Hours: 8.45am to 5pm Daily

Monthly Pay: 30 days annual Holidays including stat Days (Year runs January to December)
