First Choice Selection Services are seeking a Consultant to join our Belfast Team. First Choice are a contracted Supplier of a range of Staff to both the NI Housing Executive and a number of Local councils.

The Role will involve:

  • Servicing the existing placements with these Clients
  • Further developing our share of the Staffing's needs within these organisations
  • Preparing and placing recruitment adverts
  • Screening and interviewing advert responses
  • Liaising with client companies
  • Undertaking recruitment days in a variety of locations
  • Managing contracts on a daily basis
  • Market and recruitment research

The role will be based in our Belfast Office. However, it will require undertaking recruitment days in a variety of locations and own transport is essential to the role.

We are seeking a motivated person who has the drive and motivation to build on an existing business structure. Applicants are expected to have had sales/customer service experience in a business environment.

Full training and support provided. 30 days holidays. 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
