We are currently recruiting a Domestic Assistant for an immediate start within a Day Centre in the Ballymoney area. This is a temporary, ongoing assignment, initially for a 3-month period, with the potential for extension.
Working Hours: 8am - 1pm OR 4pm - 8pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining rooms, offices, kitchens, and public areas within the day centre
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and infection control
- Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
- Supporting catering activities, including basic food preparation and service
- Cleaning kitchen areas, equipment, and dining spaces
- Assisting with the serving of meals and refreshments
- Supporting a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for service users, visitors, and staff
- Working effectively as part of a team within a healthcare setting

- Willingness to undergo an Access NI police check
