First Choice Selection Services is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of Moores Concrete for an experienced Civils Estimator to join their established Estimating Team in Broughshane. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and commercially minded individual with a background in civil engineering and estimating to play a key role in securing and delivering projects across the civil engineering sector.
Working closely with the Lead Estimator, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing accurate cost estimates from drawings, specifications and Bills of Quantities.
- Completing and submitting tender documentation within required deadlines.
- Pricing and securing projects within the civil engineering market.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
- Attending client meetings and providing commercial and technical support where required.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Providing regular updates on project progress, tender activity and order status.
- Assisting in resolving technical queries and identifying practical project solutions.
What We Need From You
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent industry experience.
- Previous estimating experience within the civil engineering or construction sector.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering information.
