The predicted salary is between 22.49 - 22.49 £ per hour.

We are currently recruiting two Childrens Residential Support Workers in the Ballymena area to support children with disabilities and complex behavioural needs within a residential setting. These roles are available for immediate start, with full-time hours (37.5 per week) preferred, though part-time applications will also be considered.

Shift patterns operate on a 7-day rota and include:

  • Early shifts
  • Late shifts
  • Waking night shifts
  • Sleepovers

Pay rates range from £14.06 to £22.49 per hour, depending on the shift worked, with an additional £75.00 sleepover rate. Candidates who are CPI trained will be required to provide evidence prior to commencing work. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with complex needs. Training can be provided through First Choice as required prior to start date.
