First Choice Recruitment is very pleased to be supporting our Tewkesbury based client with their recruitment for a Receptionist on a permanent full time basis. This is a great role in friendly team. Candidates will need previous experience of working in an office-based reception role and have excellent customer services skills.

The role will include:

* Meeting and greeting visitors

* Responding to incoming calls, transferring to the correct department

* Assisting with general administration for other departments

* Booking meeting rooms, arranging refreshments as required

* Dealing with incoming and outgoing post

* Monitoring and ordering stationary

* Maintaining a clean and tidy environment

The following skills will be required:

* Previous experience of working on reception or office based administration

* Good computer skills Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software quickly

* Smart professional appearance

* Attention to detail

* Good communication at all levels

* A good team player with willingness to be part of a great team

* Able to use own initiative

* Able to cover holidays and sickness (if required)

Hours 8-4.30pm or 8.30 5-pm with one hour lunch Monday to Friday.

Salary £26600 pa

Permanent

33 days holiday including bank holidays.
