Production/ Warehouse Operative We are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected and reputable company based near Bishops Cleeve (within easy reach of Winchcombe, Cheltenham, Bishops Cleeve and Tewkesbury). This long-established family run business take pride in offering excellent benefits, encouraging, and supporting staff development and promotion. An intensive training programme and buddying up system is in place for new staff as health and safety takes top priority. Duties will include operating machinery and following strict processes and procedures. * Applicants need to be focused and have excellent attention to detail to pick up on defects, production or quality issues as well as a keen work ethic. * Fork Lift Truck driving experience an advantage If you are from a similar background or are looking to establish a career in a warehouse or production environment that can offer progression, this is a fantastic opportunity where you will be treated as a valuable member of the workforce. * Due to the rural location of the site own transport is essential and candidates will need to live within a 30 min drive of Winchcombe. Full PPE provided except for safety footwear which you will need to provide. Please note that the site is strictly non-smoking throughout. The company operate a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, which is 2 days shifts (6am to 6pm) & 2-night shifts (6pm to 6am) followed by 4 days off on a rotating shift pattern. This role is temporary to permanent with an immediate start available, however, if notice is required this is not an issue.
