About the Role: Join our award-winning client as a Health Claims Advisor and be part of a supportive, dynamic team! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of customer service, helping clients navigate the claims process with care and professionalism. You’ll manage inbound calls from customers, providing guidance on health-related claims—whether physical or mental health—using your empathy and excellent communication skills. You’ll receive full training to support your success in the role, but previous experience in customer service or claims handling will help you hit the ground running. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, offering clear and empathetic support to clients.
- Investigate claims thoroughly to understand the health or injury issues, identifying potential underlying causes.
- Manage incoming calls from customers wishing to file claims, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Update databases with accurate details and ensure all claims are handled according to guidelines.
