ADMINISTRATOR c£26 – £28k p/a, Full time Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours Near Tewkesbury. Permanent role. This is a great opportunity to be an integral part of a friendly, conscientious and enthusiastic Administration team providing support to a busy company. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a busy administration role, good IT skills including word, excel and outlook, accurate data entry and be able to manage own workload. Own transport also required due to the rural location just outside Tewkesbury. Duties to include: Administration Support * Provide administrative support to the teams including data entry into and manipulation of the software database (project and time management system), including setting up new job records, inputting project fee instructions, outlays and maintaining inhouse fee tracking system. * Provide administration support to team members to assist with the production and maintenance of documents and spreadsheets, client contract documents, printing, mailing and proof reading. * To manage staff training records for the team including booking courses and ensuring compliance. * Manage and organise travel and accommodation bookings General Office Support * Order and maintain stationery, office supplies and PPE equipment. * Assist with checking credit card statements and liaise with the finance department. * Maintain utilities records including monthly meter reading and submission to utilities provider. * Answer the telephone, take and pass on messages, alongside the other members of the administration team. * Provide general support and holiday cover to the Administration team. Person Specification * Administration experience (3 -5 years previous experience) * Experience of data entry and record keeping * Experience of working within a busy office environment * A solid experience of working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Skills & Abilities * Professional telephone manner with excellent interpersonal skill * Ability to use, or willingness to learn, web-based software * Good level of workload planning * Excellent IT and administration skills (intermediate in Excel and Word)Strong written and verbal skills * Excellent attention to detail Other requirements * Driving licence (or means of transport) due to rural location * Candidates will need to currently reside within 10 miles of Tewkesbury Excellent benefits include 25 days holiday plus Bank holidays, enhanced pension after 1 year, bonus scheme, EAP and cycle to work scheme.
