We are excited to be working with a professional not for profit organisation who have a part-time opportunity within their Training Team for a Qualifications Administrator on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will provide administrative support to delegates throughout the course of a range of qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate assessment allocation in collaboration with assessors/trainers
- Respond to delegate enquiries via email and telephone
- Liaise effectively with delegates, employers, assessors, and awarding organisations as required
- Process data accurately and in accordance with relevant policies
- Administer course records, registers, and assessment papers; process, record, and securely store them
- Utilise data systems and the Learning Management System (LMS) to support both learners and colleagues
- Ensure all delegates have access to their LMS
- Verify that delegates have completed application forms for registration
- Provide general administrative support across the team

- Previous experience in an administrative role within an educational setting
Work Location/Hours: Moreton in Marsh; Part Time: 3 days per week (8.30am-4.30pm) Fixed-Term Contract, 6-Months (£13.19ph)
