Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting Support Workers for a dedicated role within a welcoming Adult Centre in Larne. This position offers an immediate start and is for a minimum period of 3 months, with the opportunity to make a real difference supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions and complex needs in a structured, supportive daytime environment.

As part of the team, you will assist service users with their daily routines, personal care and the development of independent living skills. You will also support activities such as shopping, budgeting and managing finances, helping individuals to build confidence, maintain independence and take part in meaningful daily activities within the centre.

Shift Information

  • Day shifts only, 9:00am – 3:00pm

Pay Rate

  • £12.51 per hour

Requirements

  • NISCC registered
  • Minimum of 3 months’ experience in a healthcare setting where personal care has been provided
  • Enhanced Access NI check (to be completed prior to start date)
