We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join a supported living service in Ballymena that provides care and support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs within a small, homely residential environment. This service supports a small number of adults who live together in a shared supported living house. The aim of the service is to promote independence, choice and inclusion, helping residents maintain their daily routines while providing the support they need to live safely and confidently within their home and community.

Requirements
- NISCC registered
- A minimum of 3 months experience in a healthcare/support setting where personal care has been provided
- A caring, patient and reliable approach to supporting vulnerable adults
- An Enhanced Access NI check will be completed prior to start date
