Residential Social Care Workers required to work with Children and Young Peopleâs services within the Children with a Disability Team.
We are currently recruiting for positions located in Antrim, Coleraine and Whitehead for immediate starts.
This team utilises skilled and qualified support workers dedicated to supporting children and young adults within a residential home with severe learning disabilities that challenge. Candidates applying must be capable of handling complex issues and be able to maintain strong relationships.
As a contracted supplier for the Northern Trust, these positions are all temporary ongoing. Hours of work are on a rota basis with weekends on rotation. Hourly rate is ÂŁ13.57 â ÂŁ21.71 depending on shift worked, with sleepover rates available at ÂŁ75.00.
Due to the nature of this role, a Minimum of 2 Yearsâ direct and recent experience of engaging with young people with a learning disability or behaviours that challenge. Our client would prefer CPI Safety Intervention for Children, although CPI Safety Intervention Training for adults will also be accepted.
Successful candidates must be NISCC registered and have a full driving licence valid for the UK with business insurance, and access to a car, as travel is essential.
Enhanced Access NI Check will be completed prior to start date.
