Nursing Auxiliary positions are now available across a range of hospital sites within the Northern Trust — and Encompass Training is now open and available for:

Rate of pay is £12.51 – £22.90 per hour, depending on the shift worked. This role provides you with flexibility to balance family responsibilities, academic studies, or other ongoing commitments and is perfect for those looking towards a career in Nursing as you choose your shifts each week!

✔️ Already completed Encompass training?
If you have completed Encompass through another Trust, agency, or student placement, you will be fast-tracked
into HCA training — simply provide your certificate from LearnHSCNI.

Competitive rates of pay

Earn between £12.21 – £22.34 per hour, in line with the framework and dependent on shift pattern.

What We Need From You

  • Experience in a Healthcare Setting for 3 Months that includes personal care
