We are currently seeking an administrative officer, immediately required to work within the Southern Health and Social Care Trust at their Daisy Hill Hospital Site. This is a temporary position initially for 3 months with the possibility of extension. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with a pay rate of £12.75 per hour.
The main duties will include:
- General administration duties
- Corresponding with medical professionals
- Answering calls and monitoring emails
- Keeping records accurate and up to date
- Handling confidential information
What We Need From You:
- 4 GCSEs grade A*-C including English and Maths
- 1 year administrative or clerical experience at a Band 3 Level or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
