First Choice are currently seeking Administrators to work within the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust. We have roles available within various departments in the Ulster Hospital and Ards Community Hospital. Working hours for these posts will be 9am β 5pm Monday to Friday with a Pay Rate of Β£12.75 Per Hour.
Main duties will be:
- Minute taking, arranging meetings
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering phone calls
- Distributing incoming mail
What We Need From You:
- 4 GCSEs all grade C or above, including English and Maths
- 1 year administrative experience in a similar role
- Experience using Microsoft Office
