Registered Manager required for a small, specialist children’s home in Dromore, supporting two young people aged 6–11 in medium- to long-term placements. Our client provides trauma-informed, therapeutic care in a safe, structured environment where children can recover, build trust, and thrive.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care at all times. You will lead and support staff, maintain regulatory compliance, oversee care planning and operations, and work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the home runs safely and effectively.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a small home where you can make a real impact every day, supported by a strong organisation that values development, quality care, and doing things the right way. This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Salary: £50,000 per annum.

What we need from you:

  • Degree in Social Work
  • Registration with NISCC
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in Social Work
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in residential childcare or a related social care setting
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role
