We are seeking an Dietitians to work through our client within the Western Trust, Altnagelvin Hospital, providing expert dietetic input across adult inpatient wards.

The post holder will act as a specialist dietitian responsible for the dietary management of patients across a variety of clinical settings, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based nutritional care.

These roles are available for experienced staff and for Newly Qualified Dietitians!

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (37.5 hours per week) and pay rate is £19.78 (Band 6) per hour or £15.88 (Band 5) with overtime rates available if needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist dietetic assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for adult inpatients
• Develop and implement individualised nutrition care plans
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical decision-making
• Deliver patient education and professional advice to staff
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with Trust policies
• Support service development and quality improvement initiatives

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Dietitian
• Evidence of relevant postgraduate training
