The predicted salary is between 27 - 32 £ per hour.
We are recruiting for Social Work Assistants to join the Children’s Disability Teams based in various locations: Ballymena, Ballymoney, Carrick and Magherafelt.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with a competitive pay rate of £14.06 per hour. Enhanced rates are available for evening work and overtime. Weekly mileage allowance is provided.
Due to the nature of the role, applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in a care-related subject with at least 1 year’s experience in a social care role. Alternatively, candidates with a Level 2 qualification and 2 years’ relevant experience will also be considered. This role is particularly suited to individuals with experience in schools, childcare settings, youth work, or care roles supporting children or young people.
Applicants must be NISCC registered and hold a full UK driving licence with business insurance, as well as access to a vehicle, as travel is an essential part of the role. An Enhanced Access NI check will be completed prior to the start date.
