Support Workers required to work in Day centre settings within the Northern Health and Social Care Trust, based in Newtownabbey and Carrickfergus. This is a rewarding opportunity supporting adults to maintain daily living skills and promote independence within a supportive day centre environment.
Key duties include:
- Bus escort responsibilities
- Supporting service users whilst attending planned day trips and activities
- Providing personal care
- Assisting with the consumption of meals
This role is for a minimum of 6 months, working Monday – Friday from 9.00am – 3.30pm, with an hourly rate of £12.75.
What We Need From You:
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced Access NI check
- Experience working within the healthcare sector
- To be NISCC registered, or willing to apply
