Business Support Clerk needed to work with the Belfast City Council, based in Belfast City Centre. This is a full time temporary post for a minimum of 3 months, with possibility of extension. The hours of work will be between 9:30am β 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of Β£13.47 per hour. The successful candidate will start immediately.
The main duties of this role will include organising files, photocopying and filing documents, handling incoming and outgoing mail, handling money, dealing with phone calls and emails, entering data into online systems, supporting other departments with administrative duties, typing up documents and providing great customer service.
What We Need From You
- Over one year of Administration Experience
- Experience in processing and recording applications, transactions and queries
- To provide excellent customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft systems
