Personal Secretary required to work with our client the Belfast Trust, this role will be based at the Everton Complex, North Belfast. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with an hourly pay rate of £12.75, this is a temporary position for a minimum of 3 months with possible extension.

The main duties for the role include:

  • Diary management – Organise meetings and book venues
  • Use of computerised systems
  • Protecting confidential information
  • Minute taking and audio typing

What We Need From You:

  • 5 GCSEs a grade C or above including Maths and English
  • 1 year recent experience in an Administrative / Secretarial position
  • Experience of Microsoft Office Professional Suite
