We are currently recruiting for a team leader to work within the Southern Health and Social Care Trust, at their Recruitment and Shared Service Centre in Armagh. This role is to join an expanding team within the Trust to assist with current recruitment demands. This post is required initially for 3 months with the possibility of extension. The pay rate for this role will be £15.88 per hour for 37.5 hours per week working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

The main duties for this role will be to lead a team who is dedicated to Recruitment and Selection with the Health and Social Care recruitment in a fast paced centre. You will be the first point of contact for candidates and to ensure that the Health Service runs smoothly.

What We Need From You:

  • Relevant University Degree or relevant Professional qualification
  • 1 years previous experience in a Recruitment Environment
  • Excellent computer skills and Communication skills
  • Experience overseeing a team
