First Choice are currently recruiting for an Administrative Officer to join the Complaints Department in Antrim. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a pay rate of £14.06 per hour. The role is expected to last around 3 months with immediate start.
The successful candidate will support the effective handling and processing of complaints and enquiries in line with the Service User Feedback Policy and Procedure.
Responsibilities:- Process complaints and enquiries
- Maintain accurate records on the Datix database
- Monitor responses
- Support complaint investigations
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems
- Experience handling confidential information appropriately
- Immediate start
