Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Mortgage & Protection Broker, working mostly remotely with 1-2 days per week in the Office. The role involves providing expert advice and services regarding mortgages and relevant protection plans to clients based on their specific needs and circumstances. Responsibilities include identifying suitable mortgage products, supporting clients through the application process, building relationships with lenders and clients, and designing comprehensive financial protection solutions. The role requires a commitment to obtaining the best possible outcomes for our clients and providing outstanding customer service throughout their mortgage journey.
Qualifications
- Experience and expertise in Mortgage Advice and ideally also in Protection Advice
- Knowledge of Debt Consolidation strategies and Financial services
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain client relationships
- Proficiency in organisational and analytical skills for creating personalised solutions
- CeMAP qualified
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Lillyhall, Workington 1-2 days per week
