Multiskilled Joiner
Join First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO)’s dynamic repairs team on a permanent basis, delivering repairs to a local customer base where you can really make a difference.

To carry out all specified works in your primary trade (Joiner, Plumber, Plasterer, Bricklayer, Roofer, Tiler etc) as directed and required by the Repairs’ Management Team as part of the FCHO Repairs Service and in addition carry out multi skilled repairs as detailed in Appendix A. as a minimum
To inform tenants (with reasons) when it is not possible to attempt or complete a repair within the first visit, and make mutually agreed arrangements to return to complete the repair, including liaising with the repairs planning team.

Holiday entitlement is 30 days, plus one shut down day which will be determined by the company and eight bank holidays. Part time colleagues will receive a pro-rated entitlement. You can also purchase additional leave.

Has a full UK driving licence
Has demonstrable experience of working as a multi-skilled joiner on domestic properties
