First Choice Homes Oldham is seeking an experienced and inspirational Director of Repairs & Maintenance to lead strategic and operational delivery of responsive repairs, empty homes repairs and Neighbourhood Care services. Reporting to the Executive Director of Customer Experience, you will drive transformation and ensure services are efficient, compliant and customer-focused.
You will manage in-house teams and external contractors, balance long-term improvements with day-to-day performance.
