Multiskilled Plasterer
Join the dynamic team at First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO) on a permanent basis and play a key role in delivering repairs to our local customer base. This is your opportunity to make a real difference by working on our voids team, focusing on empty properties and helping us maintain high standards across our homes.
Our Offer:
- A salary of £34,396.03 per annum plus an opportunity to earn additional stand by paid call out
- We provide – Company van, fuel card, power tools, uniform & PPE
- Holiday entitlement is 30 days, plus one shut down day which will be determined by the company and eight bank holidays. Part time colleagues will receive a pro-rated entitlement. You can also purchase additional leave.

- Has a full UK driving licence
- Level 2 Plastering qualification for the Plasterers
