Introduction
First Choice Homes Oldham is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced provider of leadership coaching services. The purpose of this engagement is to support individual leaders through 1-to-1 coaching and to provide team-based interventions that focus on enhancing team effectiveness, establishing high-performing teams, and accelerating the integration of new or restructured teams.

- FCHO owns and manages around 11,500 homes with around 25,000 people living in them and is currently G1/V1.
- We employ around 400 people.

Scope of Work
The selected partner will be expected to deliver:
A. One-to-One Leadership Coaching
- Provide personalised confidential coaching to managers and senior leaders.
- Focus areas may include:
- Leadership development and confidence building.
- Navigating change and ambiguity.
- Prioritisation.
- Communication and influencing skills.
- Enhancing emotional intelligence and resilience.
- Managing people and managing upwards
B. Team-Based Interventions
Design and deliver structured sessions or workshops with leadership teams or cross-functional teams.
Focus areas may include:
- Establishing team purpose and values.
- Developing effective ways of working and collaboration norms.
- Building psychological safety and trust.
- Accelerating the integration of new or reconfigured teams.
- Enabling high performance through shared goals, clarity of roles, and feedback practices.
Key Requirements
The appointed provider(s) should have:
- A proven track record in delivering both individual coaching and team interventions in organisational settings.
- Coaching accreditation(s) with experience in executive and leadership development.
- A coaching approach informed by evidence-based models and frameworks.
- A flexible approach to adapt to the evolving needs of individuals and teams.
- The ability to work with diverse leadership cohorts and respect confidentiality and psychological safety.
- An evaluation processes to assess impact and return on investment.
Approach
- We expect bidders to outline their approach, including:
- Fee structure and day rate. We have several assumptions ; 1-2-1 coaching is virtual, Team coaching is in person and in Oldham, we may use a provider for 1-2-1 coaching or team development or both. Your fee structure and day rate must be explicit in reference to this.
- Overview of your organisation and coaching philosophy.
- The approach you may use in Team interventions.
- Bios and accreditations of proposed coach(es). We welcome applications from individuals.
- Examples of recent work (particularly on team development and 1-2-1 coaching).
- Outline of your approach to evaluation and impact measurement.
- References from recent clients (if requested).
- Any evidence of working for social purpose organisations, in Oldham or with social housing providers.
