We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Workers to join our growing team in Dereham and surrounding areas. As a Care Worker, you will provide essential support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assisting with medication administration
- Supporting mobility and safe moving & handling
- Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition
- Carrying out light household duties (cleaning, laundry, shopping)
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Maintaining accurate care records
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Right to work in the UK
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring, patient, and dependable nature
