First Central Insurance Management Ltd is seeking a PI Technical Claims Team Leader to join our Personal Injury team on a 12-month fixed term contract based in Salford Quays, Manchester.
You will supervise PI Technical Claims Negotiators and drive performance, compliance and continuous improvement in line with SLAs.
You will lead with strong MOJ and OIC portal knowledge, deliver regular KPI reports to the Head of Personal Injury Claims, and support the recruitment, coaching and development of the team.
