1st Central is hiring three Customer Services Advisors to join our academy starting on the 16th November 2026, based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. You'll deliver excellent customer service by phone, email and webchat while shaping the customer journey.
During the first six months training is in-office, then hybrid with three days at home and two in the office (Tues/Wed). We welcome applicants who enjoy problem solving, teamwork and clear communication.
