We’re looking for a Digital Workspace Enablement Coach to play a pivotal role in enhancing digital employee experience (DEX), improving digital dexterity, and driving application adoption and proficiency. You’ll be responsible for technical coaching, implementing and refining in-application guidance to ensure employees effectively adopt, adapt to, and optimise the use of digital tools, creating a seamless, empowering, and productive Digital Employee Experience.
You’ll work closely with business and IT teams to coach, develop, and execute strategies to drive adoption of existing applications while preparing employees for seamless integration of new technologies. A core focus is leveraging Generative AI (Gen-AI) to optimise workflows, automate tasks, enhance collaboration, and improve IT support, ultimately reducing digital friction and improving business outcomes.
We value flexible working arrangements, so you can choose to work remotely or from one of our offices in Salford Quays, Manchester, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, or Guernsey, with occasional office visits.

Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with leadership to align digital workspace strategies with business goals
- Establishing a digital coaching framework for smooth technology adoption
- Owning and championing digital workspace technologies
- Leveraging Gen-AI to enhance workplace productivity through automation, virtual assistants, and recommendations
- Using AI-driven analytics to predict and resolve digital friction points
- Implementing AI-powered self-service IT support tools
- Delivering AI-enhanced digital coaching programs to increase tool adoption and upskilling
- Launching new applications with strong digital adoption strategies and in-application guidance
- Driving continuous learning initiatives
- Improving employee engagement with colleagues, customers, and partners digitally
- Developing training materials for digital tools and best practices
- Collaborating with business units to assess digital needs and future workforce requirements
- Aligning digital adoption initiatives with measurable business objectives
- Promoting digital adoption within teams and across functions
- Defining success metrics for digital initiatives and iterating accordingly
- Working with HR, Communications, Learning & Development, and Operations to tailor adoption strategies
- Leading AI tool integration to automate tasks and boost productivity
- Evaluating and deploying AI-powered Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) tools
- Driving AI adoption strategies to improve employee experience, including predictive issue resolution and assistance
- Acting as deputy to the Digital Workspace Leadership Team as needed
Experience & knowledge:
- Extensive experience in digital employee experience or workspace technology enablement
- Proven coaching experience in technology utilization
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, Copilot, RPA, Office 365, and Gen-AI products
- Experience with digital adoption platforms (DAPs) and measuring success
- Project management skills ensuring alignment with business and tech roadmaps
- Expertise in change management and digital transformation
- Experience with AI collaboration tools such as Microsoft Copilot or OpenAI services
- Ability to guide teams through digital transformation
- Quick learner of emerging technologies
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
- Passion for enhancing employee experience through technology
