We're looking for an Invoice Network Support Handler to join our Performance team based in our Haywards Heath, West Sussex office.

In this role, you'll support the processing, payment and bookkeeping activities associated with the Group's payable and receivable ledgers across the business and its subsidiaries.

You'll carry out key transactional reconciliation activities across business and finance systems, ensuring financial information is maintained accurately and on time.

You'll also be responsible for maintaining daily bookkeeping activities in line with internal policies and procedures, helping to ensure that financial information is accurate, timely, and reflective of business performance.

Working flexibly, you'll spend most of your time working from home, with one day a week (Tuesday) in the office. If you prefer to be in the office more, that's good with us too.

What’s Involved

  • You’ll handle supplier queries and disputes with appropriate business engagement in a timely and professional manner
  • You’ll adhere to the Group accounting policies and procedures
  • You’ll support activities in other finance teams as required
  • You’ll provide general administration duties for the engineer’s team
  • You’ll manage the non-network repair invoice process
  • You’ll deal with ongoing repair and total loss cases and assisting with any issues that may arise
  • You’ll process customer emails and enquiries
  • You’ll ensure compliance with company and other relevant standards/ regulations at all times (including Consumer Duty)

Experience

  • Administration experience from financial services or a similar background
  • Ability to understand the motor claims administration processes (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of FCA requirements (including TCF)
  • Understanding of claims in motor insurance (Desirable)

Skills

  • A good level of oral and written communication skills, communicating effectively with managers, colleagues and external supplier
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Work effectively under pressure and think clearly and logically in challenging situations.
  • Good time management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise own work.
  • Knowledge Preferable industry knowledge of the financial services / regulated industry in the UK
  • Awareness of internal and external fraud that is prevalent in finance departments and the financial services sector.
