1st Central is recruiting a Fraud Investigator for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Manchester, Salford Quays. You will investigate suspected fraudulent claims, interview customers and engage external investigators, motor engineers and solicitors to gather evidence and determine outcomes.
You will identify dishonest activity, manage a case load to SLA targets, and provide strategic fraud risk advice across business areas while complying with FCA requirements and company policies.
