Join Our Team – Children and Young People Support Workers\\n\\nFirst Call Healthcare Bespoke is looking to recruit Children and Young People Support Workers to provide exceptional care and support to young people with a wide range of complex needs. This includes behavioural issues, challenging behaviour, drug and alcohol misuse, sexual exploitation, and various forms of abuse.\\n\\nYour Role\\n\\nAs a Children and Young People Support Worker, you will:\\n✔ Provide high-quality care in line with individual care plans\\n✔ Promote independence and support daily living skills\\n✔ Carry out domestic duties as required\\n✔ Escort young people to appointments and community activities\\n✔ Assist with money management\\n✔ Liaise with multi-disciplinary professionals\\n✔ Ensure all documentation is completed accurately\\n✔ Have knowledge of EDT procedures and follow protocols when contacting them\\n✔ Undertake any additional duties as required\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For\\n\\n✅ Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role\\n✅ NVQ Level 3 (or working towards it) in Health & Social Care\\n✅ UK driving licence & business insurance (desirable)\\n\\nWhy Join Us?\\n\\nAt Firstc Call Healthcare Bespoke, we are committed to providing tailored, high-quality support that truly makes a difference in young people’s lives.
