First Call Healthcare Bespoke is looking to recruit Children and Young People Support Workers to provide exceptional care and support to young people with a wide range of complex needs. This includes behavioural issues, challenging behaviour, drug and alcohol misuse, sexual exploitation, and various forms of abuse.
Your Role
As a Children and Young People Support Worker, you will:
Provide high-quality care in line with individual care plans
Promote independence and support daily living skills
Carry out domestic duties as required
Escort young people to appointments and community activities
Assist with money management
Liaise with multi-disciplinary professionals
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately
Have knowledge of EDT procedures and follow protocols when contacting them
Undertake any additional duties as required
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role
NVQ Level 3 (or working towards it) in Health & Social Care
UK driving licence & business insurance (desirable)
