Workshop Manager – Automotive – Enfield Up to £50,000 – Progression Opportunity – Permanent Role Monday to Saturday We\’re looking for an experienced Workshop Manager – or a strong Workshop Controller ready to step up – to join a busy, well-established automotive workshop in Enfield. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a great salary and the chance to take real ownership of a fast-moving workshop environment. The Role: Overseeing daily workshop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards Allocating work to technicians and monitoring job progress Supporting and motivating the workshop team to hit performance and quality targets Liaising with service advisors and management to keep communication clear and efficient Maintaining H&S standards and ensuring compliance across the site Getting hands-on when required – this is not a desk-only role What We\’re Looking For: Current Workshop Manager or experienced Workshop Controller looking for the next step Strong technical background – must have hands-on experience in the workshop Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive team performance Confident, well-organised, and able to handle a busy workload Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities What\’s on Offer: Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience Permanent position with a reputable automotive group Opportunity to grow into a larger management role Supportive team and well-equipped workshop Working hours: Monday to Saturday TPBN1_UKTJ
