Our client is a horticultural business established in 2011 specialising in the cultivation of vegetables, melons, roots and tubers. The company focuses on agricultural crop production and is currently looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong warehouse and stock management experience who enjoys working within a fast paced fresh produce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day warehouse operations including stock control, storage and dispatch activities.
- Supervise, support and motivate warehouse staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Ensure fresh produce is stored, handled and distributed correctly to maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate deliveries, customer orders and dispatch schedules to ensure smooth operations.
