About the Role

We are recruiting Team Leader to support the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality operations on behalf of our aviation partner and a global airline.

You will lead frontline teams during your shift, ensuring work is completed to the required standards while helping to maintain a smooth, safe and timely service in a fast-paced aviation environment.

£14.85 per hour | Shift Pattern: 2 Early Shifts, 2 Late Shifts, 2 Days Off

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate frontline teams to deliver cleaning and presentation tasks effectively.
  • Allocate work, monitor progress and ensure all tasks meet the required standards.
  • Support Duty Managers with operational decision-making and shift planning.
  • Carry out quality checks and address any issues or performance gaps.
  • Provide guidance, coaching and support to colleagues.
  • Maintain Health & Safety compliance and promote safe working practices.
  • Communicate clearly throughout each shift and ensure accurate handovers with other teams.
  • Report incidents, operational issues or supply shortages promptly.
  • Ideal Candidate
  • Experienced in aviation, cleaning, facilities management, hospitality or another fast-paced operational environment.
  • A confident leader who can motivate and guide frontline teams.
  • A strong communicator with good organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable, proactive and comfortable working under pressure.
  • Committed to maintaining high standards, safety and teamwork.
  • Legally entitled to work in the UK.
  • Willing to undergo and successfully pass CAA-compliant vetting and security clearance.
  • Must be flexible, able to work earlies and lates shifts.
